Payment Method

PayPal

You can pay by credit card using the PayPal website (paypal.com).

Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer is available only for deliveries within Japan.

We will ship the product as soon as we confirm your payment.
If payment is not received within 7 days of placing your order, your order may be cancelled.

Cash on delivery payment

For deliveries within Japan only, payment can be made at the time of receipt using Sagawa Express's cash on delivery service.
A separate handling fee of 330 yen will be charged (free for purchases totaling 8,000 yen or more per delivery address).

postage

For shipments within Japan, shipping costs are 700 yen.

If the delivery destination is Okinawa or a remote island, additional special charges may apply, so we will contact you.
If you order over 8,000 yen, shipping is free.

Delivery time

For deliveries to Kanto, Chubu and Kansai, it is expected to arrive the day after shipping, and for other regions it will take 2-3 days.
(Please note that delays may occur due to traffic conditions or changes in social conditions.)
We will ship your order as soon as we confirm your payment, but it may take a few days to ship your order during busy periods, such as immediately after the release of a popular product.
In the event of an extended closure, we will post a notice on the homepage, so please check it.
